Airlines do not notify us when their flights are delayed. The best thing to do it to speak to the local airport and check-in desk staff for up-to-date information.

If your ticket needs to be re-booked, your first point of contact should be your airline as they will have more information on when the flight will be departing etc. 

You can contact us too via our Emergency Helpline. Please be aware that in some instances we may have to wait for the airline to send us their re-protection policy. This can sometimes take a couple of hours or longer for them to contact us but we will do our best to help you as much as we can.
