Yes you can, whether it is in the branch, on the phone or online. Please make sure you know the exact passport name of the person(s) travelling as airlines will generally not allow any name, or even letter changes, once a booking has been confirmed.
If you are booking in branch or on the phone and the delivery address for any paper documentation will be different to your card’s billing address, please ensure you advise your consultant at the time of sale.
If you are booking online, we will need to deliver any documents to the billing address. If you have a non-UK billing address, please contact us with an alternative delivery address in the UK. We cannot send documentation to overseas addresses. Ensure you provide your booking confirmation number in any correspondence.
