I've created a MySTA account, why can't I add my booking?

Please ensure that you are using your STA Travel Booking reference. This should be 6 or 7 digits long, and all numbers.

If there's more than one of you on the same booking, then we may not have all of your email addresses.

If you all want MySTA accounts, that's fine.

Just contact your Travel Expert and they will be able to add your email address to your itinerary.
