How can we help?

I've created an STA Travel Account, why can't I add my booking?

Please ensure that you are using your STA Travel Booking reference. This should be 6 or 7 digits long, and all numbers.

If there's more than one of you on the same booking, then we may not have all of your email addresses.

If you all want an STA Travel Account, that's fine.

Just contact your Travel Expert and they will be able to add your email address to your itinerary.

*Please note that the STA Travel Account is not currently available for customers in South Africa and Singapore.
