Contiki have switched their default option to receive travel documents as e-documents instead of wallets, so these will be sent by email rather than in a physical travel wallet through the post.
The physical wallet is still an option if you would like this, but you will need to actively make the switch in Manage My Booking on My Contiki.
For every traveller that opts for e-documents, Contiki will plant a tree in partnership with their chosen charity, One Tree Planted https://onetreeplanted.org/.
