My train is delayed - what do I do?

If you have experienced three or more train delays of more than 60 minutes each during your Interrail or Eurail trip, you may be eligible for a monetary compensation for your inconvenience.

You will need to visit the EU Rail Group website and submit a ‘Delay Compensation Application Form’. More details can be found on their website -
