Can I change my trip?

We are monitoring the corona virus situation closely and providing information and assistance to affected travellers.

Many airlines have introduced special policies to assist customers wishing to change their travel plans. These may vary depending on the airline, the route and date of travel.

Our Travel Experts will be happy to help you look into amending your flight ticket, but please keep in mind that we are bound to each airline's current policy and all changes are subject to availability.

Amendment requests for itineraries not covered by existing waivers will be subject to the original terms and conditions of the fare purchased. These airline policies are being updated frequently.

If you are not due to travel within the next two weeks, please continue to monitor the news from your destination. We may not have the most up to date information for your travel destination until closer to your travel date.
